Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment and Onboarding:


  Lead the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

  Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to make hiring decisions.

  Oversee the induction and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.


2. Employee Database Management:


  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  Ensure secure storage of all employee information.

  Generate and analyze HR reports for management review.


3. Employee Relations and Query Handling:


  Address and resolve employee queries and concerns in a timely manner.

  Work closely with management to handle employee relations issues and conflicts.

  Foster a positive work environment and promote open communication.


4. Performance Management:


  Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion.

  Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting appraisals.

  Identify and address performance improvement needs.


5. Training and Development:


  Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs.

  Coordinate and organize training sessions for employees.

  Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.


6. Employee Engagement and Retention:


  Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale.

  Collect feedback from employees and implement improvements.

  Develop strategies to enhance employee retention.


7. Compliance and Legal:


  Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  Prepare documentation required for audits and inspections.

  Stay updated on changes in employment laws and best practices.


8. HR Policies and Documentation:


  Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and manuals.

  Ensure all HR documents are accurately maintained and accessible.

  Prepare and update employee contracts as needed.


9. Vendor Management:


  Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services (e.g., background checks, training).

  Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely payment and service delivery.


10. Employee Exit Process:


  Oversee the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews.

  Analyze turnover data and provide insights to management.

  Ensure all exit formalities are completed smoothly.


11. HR Metrics and Reporting:


  Generate HR metrics and reports for management review.

  Assist in preparing HR presentations and analytics for stakeholders.

  Use data to drive HR decisions and improvements.


Qualifications:


  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate sector.

  Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

  Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

  Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
