Job Description
- Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage job postings on portals and social media.
- Onboarding & Induction
- Facilitate joining formalities and induction programs.
- Prepare and maintain employee records.
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Support initiatives to maintain a positive work culture.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws.
- Handle statutory requirements like PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
- Performance Management
- Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs for employees.
- Coordinate appraisal cycles and feedback sessions.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (freshers with internships may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work under pressure.
