With a focus on precision, personalization, and premium service, we currently operate 5 retail stores and are rapidly expanding across Delhi NCR. We’re building a team that’s as sharp as our tailoring — and we’re looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Executive to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various roles including retail, operations, tailoring, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Employee Compensation & Records:
• Maintain accurate records of salaries, reimbursements, and attendance.
• Coordinate with finance for timely payroll processing and resolve related employee queries.
• Staff Scheduling & Timelines:
• Create and manage employee shift schedules for all retail locations.
• Monitor leaves, absences, and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Be a go-to person for staff queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR support.
• Foster a positive work environment and support employee well-being.
• General HR Administration:
• Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR databases.
• Support performance reviews and internal processes to improve employee efficiency and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.
