About the Role:

Gupta Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. (GHSPL) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will work under the direct supervision of our HR Manager, receiving structured training and guidance to support and manage daily HR operations across our sites and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance data, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with sites and departments for manpower updates and payroll inputs.
• Assist in employee engagement programs, training sessions, and welfare initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR-related reports and support audits when required.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist profile preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel, HRMS, and attendance systems.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a structured environment.
