📍 Location: Sec 44, Gurgaon

📄 Employment Type: Full-time (Third-Party Payroll)

🧠 Experience: 1-5 years in recruitment (agency or corporate)

Budget- 20-25k PM

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment across various roles and functions

Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)

Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews

Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate hiring records

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in volume or niche hiring

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
