Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary
Prominent Realty is seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to manage the complete employee lifecycle. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, HR administration and operations, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture aligned with Prominent Realty’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews
Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation, and close candidates
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
2. HR Administration & Operations
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
Manage employee documentation including appointment letters, confirmations, and exits
Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll, insurance, and benefits
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities
Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze engagement levels
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally
Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles
Promote a positive work culture aligned with Prominent Realty’s values
4. Learning & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs
Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives
Track training effectiveness and maintain learning records
5. HR Reporting & Compliance
Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics
Ensure adherence to HR policies, code of conduct, and statutory compliance
Support audits and inspections related to HR operations
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration is preferred
Prior HR experience in real estate, construction, or corporate environments preferred
