Position: HR Manager

Location: JMD Megapolis, Sector 48, Gurgaon

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

🔹 About the Role We are looking for a highly professional and responsible HR Manager who can independently manage the complete HR operations of the company. The candidate must be strong in compliance, payroll, hiring, and day-to-day HR administration.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Recruitment & Interview Process Manage complete recruitment cycle (Sourcing → Screening → Scheduling → Interviews → Selection).

• Conduct interviews for all levels and coordinate with department heads.
• Draft job descriptions and manage job postings on various platforms.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.

2️⃣ Payroll & Salary Management Handle the complete salary process, including monthly salary preparation.

• Maintain attendance reports, leaves, and overtime records.
• Resolve salary-related queries of employees.
• Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.

3️⃣ Compliance: PF, ESIC & Statutory Work Manage EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus and other statutory compliance.

• Ensure timely payment of PF/ESIC contributions.
• Maintain registers, statutory records, and support HR audits.
• Handle employee PF withdrawals, ESIC benefits, and KYC updates.

4️⃣ HR Operations & Administration Maintain employee files, HR records, and HRMS updates.

• Handle employee grievances and maintain discipline in the workplace.
• Manage exit formalities, F&F settlement, and relieving process.
• Plan employee engagement, training, and motivational activities.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications Graduate/MBA in HR Management.

• Minimum 3–7 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, payroll, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Ability to manage entire HR operations independently.
