We operate large-scale central kitchens and serve thousands of meals daily across multiple corporate and industrial locations. Our focus is on discipline, process, compliance, and strong industry culture.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who understands industrial working culture and can manage manpower across factory and site operations.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience
• Experience in industrial / factory / site-based operations
• Experience handling large blue-collar workforce
• Exposure to labour law compliance and statutory requirements
• Food industry experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for factory and site manpower
• Ensure proper onboarding, documentation, and attendance control
• Handle labour law compliance (ESI, PF, CLRA, etc.)
• Maintain discipline and industry working culture
• Manage employee grievances and workforce stability
• Conduct audits of HR records and site documentation
• Coordinate with operations team for manpower planning
• Ensure grooming, uniform, and behavioural standards are maintained

Qualification

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• MBA in HR preferred

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and people management
• Good knowledge of labour laws
• Experience handling industrial workforce
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to maintain discipline and structured working culture
