Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for our real estate organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles including Real Estate Sales Executives, Marketing, and Operations staff.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and labor laws.
  • Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records.
  • Monitor employee performance, conduct appraisals, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Design and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture and retention.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees, especially sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in real estate or sales-driven organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor law compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing sales teams or real estate professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
