About EIPM:
EIPM (Essee Investment & Property Management) is a Gurgaon-based real estate firm involved in sales, leasing and end-to-end property management.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager with strong focus on hiring, staff discipline and office behaviour. The role involves managing recruitment, maintaining a professional work culture, and ensuring HR policies are followed across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, back office and site staff.
- Coordinate with Director & Company Manager on manpower planning and hiring needs.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, dress code and professional behaviour in office and site teams.
- Address misconduct, conflicts and behaviour issues; issue warnings where required.
- Maintain HR records, attendance and provide inputs for payroll.
- Conduct joining formalities, induction and policy briefing for new employees.
- Act as a neutral bridge between management and staff, promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in HR or Business Administration.
- 3–7 years of HR experience; real estate or sales-driven setup preferred.
- Strong recruitment, communication and people-handling skills.
- Firm, fair and disciplined approach with high integrity.
Screening Questions:
- How many years of experience do you have in HR, specifically in real estate, construction or any sales-driven organisation? (Please mention organisation names and duration.)
- Describe a situation where you had to handle a serious discipline or behaviour issue in the office. What action did you take and what was the outcome?
