Responsible for end-to-end recruitment to ensure timely hiring of quality talent as per organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
