Job Description:

Digital Discovery is looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Sector 75, Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related field
• 0–2 years of recruitment experience (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of job portals and MS Office
