The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Apna Job, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Good understanding of hiring processes and interview techniques
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Preferred SkillsExperience in bulk hiring / IT / Non-IT hiring (customize as needed)
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
