About the JobRole Name HR Executive 

Base Location Gurgaon- Head Office The role is expected to work from office on regular basis

Weekly off All Sundays, 2nd and 4th Saturday

Role purpose To run/manage HR & Admin operations/activities for an automotive retail services network

Responsibilities Heads KRA (Key Result Areas)

Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Induction Manage talent acquisition process as per plan (includes blue collar and white collar)

- Ensure hiring is completed as per defined TAT and budgets.

- Onboarding and Induction

- - Keeping job descriptions up-to-date                                                                                                         - Handline HRIS Portal

To coordinate and implement activities/processes related to talent management in line with organization goals

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge & Skills Experience:

HR Professional with strong process knowledge & sharing of best practices, Talent management,  Computer/MS Office knowledge. Total Experience: 2 to 6 years in HR Operations & Recruitment

Skills Qualification:

People management- blue collar & white collar , Good communication & presentation, Problem solving, Negotiation, Team building and employee engagement MBA/ PG Diploma in HR
