💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a smart & proactive Female HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for a domestic call center process. The candidate should be good at sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for telecallers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle bulk hiring for Telecallers / Customer Support roles
• Source candidates via job portals, WhatsApp groups, social media & references
• Conduct telephonic screening & shortlist candidates
• Schedule and coordinate walk-ins & interviews
• Maintain daily hiring reports (MIS)
• Ensure quick joining & pipeline management
• Follow up with candidates till onboarding

✅ Requirements

• Female candidate only
• Minimum 6 months – 2 years recruitment experience (call center hiring preferred)
• Good communication & convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to handle pressure & bulk hiring targets

💰 Salary₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience)
