We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for our infrastructure and asset management projects. If you’re passionate about talent acquisition and building strong teams, we’d love to have you onboard!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• 📢 Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing ➝ onboarding)
• 📝 Post job openings on job portals & social media
• 🔍 Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• 🤝 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• 📊 Maintain candidate database & recruitment reports
• ⏱️ Ensure timely closure of open positions

🎯 Requirements (Experience Mandatory):

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 💼 Minimum 1–4 years of recruitment experience (mandatory)
• 🏗️ Experience in infrastructure/construction hiring preferred
• 💬 Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• 🌐 Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
