🔍 Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our overseas recruitment team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for international job opportunities across industries such as construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and healthcare.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews
• Coordinate with candidates for document collection and verification
• Schedule interviews with overseas clients and ensure smooth communication
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers regularly
• Guide candidates about job roles, salary, benefits, and process
• Handle bulk hiring requirements for blue-collar and skilled workforce
• Ensure timely closures of positions as per client requirements
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience

✅ Requirements:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably overseas recruitment)

• Experience in hiring for blue-collar / skilled / semi-skilled roles is preferred
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Apna, Indeed, etc.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
