Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Identify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and databases, and conduct initial interviews.
• Hiring Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and handling applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Job Description Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and post job descriptions.
• Offer & Onboarding: Extend offers, negotiate salaries, and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Strategy & Metrics: Analyze hiring data (time-to-hire, source of hire) and enhance employer branding.
