Job Title: HR Recruiter Manager
Location: Gurugram (Sector 48) & Moti Nagar, Delhi
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹72,000 + Incentives
Job Description:
We are hiring an HR Recruiter responsible for sourcing and hiring freelancer insurance agents. The role involves recruiting candidates who will work in selling Bajaj Life Insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit freelancer insurance agents
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements
- Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding
- Maintain candidate database and hiring pipeline
- Achieve hiring targets within deadlines
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills (English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Target-oriented mindset
- Experience in bulk hiring or insurance hiring is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹19,000 – ₹72,000 per month
