*Function*: Call Centre 

**Working time ** 

•     6 Days working (Monday to Saturday) 

• 10 am to 7 pm office hours

• Sunday Fixed off

* *Minimum Education ** : Graduate

*Work Experience :*  2Years +

*Minimum 2 yrs of experience as HR RECRUITER on papers.*

*Gender : *  Female/ Male

*Industry Exposure Required*

Can communicate in Hindi and English both.

• Experience in BPO TELESALES hiring.

*Job Role ** *

Recruitment of candidates

• Perform reference checks with current and former employers and personal references.

• Perform a first interview, possibly by phone to confirm basic information and gauge the interest of the candidate.

• Hire the candidate, and move them to the onboarding process.

*Compensation Band* Depends Upon Interview
