Job Description :

• We are hiring a qualified HR Intern /HR Fresher for managing every phase of our recruitment efforts, from the identification of potential candidates to the interview and evaluation of candidates.

• The HR recruiter is supposed to completed full-cycle recruitment process by helping the new recruits to fulfil the joining formalities and providing induction as per the company Standard protocols and helping them onboard.

• The HR recruiter will be liaising with management to understand staffing needs and will execute plans to find qualified candidates to fulfil mandates.

Job Responsibilities :

• Sourcing potential candidates using our online platforms.

• Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms

• Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g., in-person, phone, video)

• Preparing and distributing assignments as well as language, logical reasoning, and numerical tests

• Providing contacts of qualified applicants to the company’s Hiring Managers after interview.

• Sending job offer and recruiting emails, and answering queries related to compensation and benefits.

• Designing and updating job descriptions

• Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates.

• Monitoring HR metrics (e.g., source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill, etc,)

• Hosting recruitment events and participating in job fairs.

• Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs

• Providing guidance and induction to new recruits and helping them onboard

Job Requirements :

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field

• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter will be preferred.

• Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.,)

• Experience with resume databases, ATS, and referral programs

• Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting

• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
