Job Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Provide support in employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Well-versed with various tools, job site searches, keyword commands, and the latest methodologies & sourcing techniques.
- Talent acquisition from various Platforms like Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
- Interview scheduling, Screening, HR consulting, HR recruitment, CTC negotiation, Onboarding candidates, and documentation preparation of the candidate.
