Human Resource Business Partner

This Role involves acting as a strategic liaison, aligning HR strategy with business goals by partnering with leaders on talent management, company development, employee relations, and performance, essentially bridging HR functions and business needs with deep understanding of company objectives, market, and culture to drive productivity and growth. Key duties include coaching managers, analyzing metrics, managing complex ER issues, workforce planning, and implementing HR initiatives that support business strategy, making them strategic advisors. 

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnering: Work with senior leaders to translate business goals into people strategies, offering strategic guidance on workforce planning, org design, and change management. 
• Talent Management: Support talent acquisition, development, performance management, and succession planning. 
• Employee Relations: Handle complex employee issues, conduct investigations, and build strong relationships to improve morale and productivity. 
• Coaching & Development: Coach managers on leadership skills, conflict resolution, and effective team management. 
• Data & Metrics: Analyze HR data (turnover, engagement) to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions. 
• HR Program Implementation: Implement HR policies and programs (comp, benefits, DEI) tailored to business unit needs. 

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Strong business acumen, understanding of finance, competition, and market trends.

• Deep knowledge of HR laws and compliance.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
