Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting & Sourcing: Write compelling job descriptions and post on various job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements.

Talent Sourcing: Actively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other networks.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, coordinate interview logistics, and gather feedback from hiring managers.

Candidate Management: Maintain a candidate pipeline, ensuring regular communication, providing updates on hiring status, and managing expectations.

Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, refine job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.

Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process by extending offers, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction) and maintain up-to-date records of the recruitment process in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
