Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and compliance. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR policies and practices are followed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative role (internships included)
• Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Problem-solving mindset and a team player attitude
