Job Description
- Monitor HVAC installation activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, PMC, Client, Site Engineers, consultant and other engineering disciplines.
- Review HVAC designs, shop drawings, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Manage material procurement and ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Ensure HVAC equipment and materials conform to quality standards and approved specifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and assist in project scheduling and planning.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and propose corrective actions.
- Support testing, balancing, and commissioning activities.
- Enforce site safety regulations and ensure compliance with local codes and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors as required.
