Job Description
- Supervise and monitor HVAC installation activities at the project site.
- Coordinate with project manager, subcontractors, vendors, and other engineering disciplines.
- Review HVAC designs, shop drawings, and ensure compliance with site requirements.
- Coordinate for material procurement and ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Ensure HVAC equipment and materials conform to quality standards and approved specifications.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and assist to project manager in project scheduling and planning.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and propose corrective actions.
- Support testing, balancing, and commissioning activities.
- Enforce site safety regulations.
