Immigration Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, assess their eligibility for various immigration programs (work, study, family, PR), and explain options. 
• Document Management: Assist clients in gathering, preparing, verifying, and accurately submitting all required forms and supporting documents. 
• Legal Compliance: Maintain deep knowledge of current immigration laws, policies, and procedures, ensuring all applications meet strict legal requirements. 
• Case Management: Oversee immigration cases from start to finish, coordinating with clients, government agencies, and third-party vendors (like translators). 
• Communication & Support: Keep clients informed of their application status, prepare them for interviews, and provide guidance on mandatory steps like medical exams. 
• Application Filing: Submit applications and related documents to relevant authorities on behalf of clients. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge:  Understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and border control procedures. 
• Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in handling paperwork and ensuring accuracy. 
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to liaise with clients and officials. 
• Research: Ability to conduct in-depth research on complex immigration policies. 
• Interpersonal Skills: Empathy and ability to tailor processes to individual client needs.
