Immigration Consultant

Job Description:-

We are looking for an Immigration Executive for our client place based at Gurugram, Haryana. An ideal will manages end-to-end visa and immigration processes, providing expert advice on regulations to clients, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with international laws. Key responsibilities include assessing applicant eligibility, submitting visa applications, maintaining client records, and facilitating communication with immigration authorities

Role & Responsibilities:-

• Handle end-to-end visa and immigration processes for expatriates and employees.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and compliance documentation.
• To Handles FRRO and visa-related tasks or has experience or knowledge in the immigration or travel industry.
• Provide client servicing and operational support for immigration-related queries.
• Coordinate with government authorities, FRRO, embassies, and consulates for documentation and compliance
• Create checklists, trackers, and templates to streamline processes and ensure timely submissions.
• Responsible for submitting applications and coordinating with visa centres, embassies, FRRO, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all immigration documents and processes.
• Provide expert guidance on immigration policies and procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Basic knowledge of visa processes & FRRO
• Prior experience in immigration/mobility services or working with expat employees in corporate setups.
• Strong communication and client service orientation.
• Ability to manage documentation, compliance checklists, and operational workflows.
• Must have worked in a service-oriented company related to visas, FRRO, or expat management, and possess experience in expat management and service processes.
• Experience in immigration consulting firms, corporate HR mobility teams, or visa service providers.
• Should be Good in Communication skills
