Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via call in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Achieve performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Minimum qualification: 12th and above
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is an advantage.
