Job Description

  • Coordinate ground operations: airport pick-up/drop, transport, guides, sightseeing, accommodations.
  • Work with local suppliers (hotels, transport providers, activity providers) to negotiate contracts, maintain quality, and ensure cost efficiency. 
  • Monitor on-tour execution: make sure the itineraries are followed, resolve operational issues.
  • Design and price customized tour packages for inbound tourists. 
  • Create detailed itineraries for inbound tourists, considering destinations, logistics, hotels, and activities
  • Identify and evaluate hotels, guides, transporters: negotiate rates, inspect services.
  • Implement quality checks and feedback mechanisms to ensure client satisfaction.
