We are now rapidly growing our Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and Robotics Automation division , Conveyor and seeking dynamic individuals to join our team.

About the Role

Join our high-growth SPM & Robotics Automation team, where you will play a key role in driving industrial automation across automotive, packaging, manufacturing, material handling, Conveyor and related industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

For Sr. Sales Engineer / Sales Manager / Sales Head

 Drive sales of SPMs, Robotics, and Conveyor Automation solutions across industrial sectors.

 Identify potential customers, generate leads, and present tailored automation solutions.

 Understand client requirements and provide accurate technical consultation.

 Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and solution documents.

 Build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide post-sales support.

 Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and project teams for seamless execution.

 Maintain CRM data, track customer engagement, and deliver accurate sales forecasts.

Additional Responsibilities for Sales Head

 Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market expansion.

 Conduct market analysis to stay updated on competition and industry trends.

 Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Manage and grow key accounts for sustained business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills We Value

 Strong understanding of SPM, robotics, Conveyor and industrial automation.

 Proven track record in technical sales with measurable achievements.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Strategic thinking with a target-driven and solution-oriented approach.

 Leadership and team development capabilities (for managerial roles).

 Proficiency in CRM tools, forecasting, and sales reporting.

 Willingness to travel as required.
