Industrial Sales Executive

A Safety Equipment professional (Officer/Technician) ensures workplace safety by inspecting, managing, and maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE), safety systems, and tools to meet regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Inspection & Maintenance: Regularly inspect PPE (respirators, harnesses, helmets) to ensure it is in good condition, properly stored, and functional, repairing or replacing gear as needed.
• PPE Training & Compliance: Educate employees on the correct selection, fitting, and use of PPE. Monitor work areas to ensure all personnel comply with safety protocols.
• Hazard Identification: Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) to identify risks and determine appropriate safety equipment needed for specific tasks.
• Inventory & Procurement: Manage the inventory of safety equipment, including purchasing, maintaining, and distributing gear to employees.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents or near-misses to identify if equipment failure or lack of proper gear contributed to the incident.
