Job Description
- Operate injection moulding machine as per production plan
- Load raw material and ensure proper material feeding
- Start and stop machine as per supervisor instructions
- Remove finished parts safely and carefully
- Perform basic visual inspection of parts for defects
- Separate OK and rejected parts properly
- Inform supervisor or maintenance team in case of machine issues
- Maintain production output as per target
- Fill basic production records or report sheet
- Ensure proper handling of mould and machine area
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S around machine
- Follow safety guidelines and company rules
- Support smooth shift handover to next operator
- Work in rotational shifts as required
