Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain Livpure products and services clearly to customers and address their queries.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Maintain regular communication with interested customers and close sales effectively.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Maintain and update customer data, sales records, and follow-up details in the system/CRM.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Sales-driven attitude with good negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools is preferred.
