About the Role

We are hiring Tele calling Sales Representatives to promote and sell our innovative AI products — Outspark Resume and Outspark Interview Prep.

In this role, you will communicate with interested users, explain product benefits, resolve their queries, and drive successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to interested users and explain product features
• Promote and sell Outspark Resume & Interview Prep services
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and achieve daily/weekly targets
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication
• Contribute to the team’s revenue and performance goals

What We Offer

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience
• Tele calling sales experience is mandatory
