Job Description

Job Overview: As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities in the B2B services sector. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue through proactive outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the B2B space through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess their business needs, budget, and decision-making processes.
  • Research companies and industries to identify sales opportunities and build targeted outreach lists.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies and drive more opportunities.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations via phone, video conferencing, and email.
  • Sales Process & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications, activities, and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other sales teams to share best practices and ensure a seamless transition of leads to account management.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting key metrics and performance.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development (preferably in services-based industries).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Ability to effectively conduct virtual meetings. .
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
