Job Description
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email, social media and whatsapp
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals - Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximum sales impact
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
