Role: Inside Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.

• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT solutions offered by Vatsin.

• Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.

• Assist senior sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions in CRM tools.

• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to address client queries.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


• BA/ BBA / MBA Graduate in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (Freshers are welcome).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

• High energy, willingness to learn, and a target-driven mindset.

• Basic understanding of IT/software solutions (an added advantage but not mandatory).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
