Role Overview: We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and helping them discover how Univest can simplify and enhance their investment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

● Engage with potential customers through calls, messages, and meetings to promote Univest’s products and services.

● Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate investment solutions.

● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

● Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure excellent customer experience.

● Record customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.

● Stay updated with product features, offers, and market trends. ● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead conversions. Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or financial product selling (experience in fintech, BFSI, or investment advisory preferred).

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

● Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
