Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote AJP Impex products, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to potential New and existing customers
• Present and explain AJP Impex products and services
• Generate sales leads from material of fine data and convert them into successful sales
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up logs in annual and Zoho CRM
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve and monthly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries promptly

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience +Zoho books)
• 12th pass; Graduation preferred
• 1+ Year Experience in telesales
