*Urgent requirement for Inside Sales Executive for the Fmcg Industry*

*Location :* Gurgaon

*Preferred Qualification:* Graduate / MBA

*Salary:-* Upto Rs 25000/- + Insurance.

*Experience :* 0 - 2 years of experience in inside sales or CRM experience

*Key Responsibilities :*

•⁠ ⁠Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups

•⁠ ⁠Convert leads into customers through structured inside sales processes

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update lead and customer data in the CRM system

•⁠ ⁠Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closure status

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and order execution

•⁠ ⁠Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution

*Required Skills & Competencies :*

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with CRM tools 

•⁠ ⁠Target-oriented with good time management

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with calling, data handling, and reporting
