Job Description

Elktroz Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales through effective communication via calls, emails, and digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming inquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, company website, and other channels.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation and business development.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable security and automation solutions.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical team for order execution and project updates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales (preferably in security systems, automation, or electronics industry).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.



Preferred Skills:


  • Knowledge of products like CCTV, biometric systems, boom barriers, hotel locks, etc.
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
