Key Responsibilities


  1. Engage with inbound and outbound customers through calls, WhatsApp, and mail to understand their requirements.
  2. Drive sales by pitching the right products and converting leads into successful orders.
  3. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  4. Follow up with potential customers to close open inquiries and ensure seamless purchase experience.
  5. Maintain a detailed record of interactions, sales leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer success) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  6. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.


Required Skills & Competencies


  1. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
  2. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and generating sales abilities.
  3. Ability to understand customer needs and present relevant product solutions
  4. Confident in handling high-volume calls and multiple customer conversations.
  5. Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM tools.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  7. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and customer-first approach.


Qualifications

Any graduate (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or business development.

Experience in beauty, hair, fashion, or e-commerce domain is a plus.
