Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound customers through calls, WhatsApp, and mail to understand their requirements.
- Drive sales by pitching the right products and converting leads into successful orders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Follow up with potential customers to close open inquiries and ensure seamless purchase experience.
- Maintain a detailed record of interactions, sales leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer success) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and generating sales abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present relevant product solutions
- Confident in handling high-volume calls and multiple customer conversations.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and customer-first approach.
Qualifications
Any graduate (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or business development.
Experience in beauty, hair, fashion, or e-commerce domain is a plus.
