Inside Sales Specialist

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and existing database.

Identify and qualify leads for IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, servers, storage, networking devices, firewalls, and accessories.

Prepare and share techno-commercial proposals and quotations.

Follow up with customers for order closure and payment collection.

Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for pricing, stock availability, and deal registrations.

Maintain CRM updates and track sales pipeline regularly.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and channel partners.

Support the field sales team with backend coordination when required.
