Job Title: Sales Outreach Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy Sales Outreach Executive to generate hotel leads, initiate conversations, and convert outreach into qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to hotels to pitch company services
• Drive email and LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage decision-makers
• Qualify leads and aggressively follow up to close meetings
• Schedule and align meetings with hotel owners/managers
• Maintain lead pipeline and follow-up status
• Work closely with the sales team to support conversions

Requirements:

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Confident phone presence with sales mindset
• Ability to handle objections and push for meetings
• Prior experience in telesales / B2B sales preferred
• Comfortable working with targets and timelines
