Installation Engineer

ob DescriptionWe are looking for a Field Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage and execute solar power projects at site locations. The candidate will be responsible for on-site coordination, installation supervision, quality control, and project progress monitoring.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise installation, erection, and commissioning of solar PV systems
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors at site
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and technical specifications
• Monitor project timelines, safety norms, and quality standards
• Handle DC/AC cabling, structure installation, inverter placement, and earthing works
• Coordinate with DISCOM / Net Metering authorities when required
• Prepare daily site progress reports and share with the office team
• Identify and resolve site-level technical issues
• Ensure compliance with MNRE & electrical safety standards
