Insurance Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support through various channels(blended) such as calling, email, chat, voice and non-voice processes.
• Handle international customer inquiries with a focus on blended process (calling + email + chat).
• Offer product solutions to customers based on their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1-4 years of experience in BPO Customer Service with cold calling.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers via multiple channels (calling, email, chat).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in International Chat Process and Non-Voice Process is essential.
• Any graduates/post-graduates or pursuing are eligible
• Freshers aren't eligible
• Comfortable to work in rotational shifts

Job Details:

• Any 6 days of working(rotational)
• Any 1 days of Week off(rotational)
• Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break)
• Rotational Shifts/ Week-off
• Salary - 26,000 CTC + 10K Joining Bonus + incentives upto 30K(per month)
• Location- Gurgaon
