Insurance Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Telesales Executive to sell insurance products over the phone. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, understanding customer needs, explaining suitable insurance plans, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products

(Life/Health/General Insurance).

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

Explain policy features, benefits, premium details, and terms & conditions clearly.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

Maintain accurate customer data and call records in CRM.

Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines.

Handle customer queries and resolve objections effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation.
