Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Sales Manager to drive sales growth through agency/channel development, customer acquisition, and team management. The role involves meeting business targets, recruiting and training advisors, and building long-term customer relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive insurance sales through agency, direct, or bancassurance channels
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Develop and execute local sales strategies to increase market penetration
• Conduct joint sales calls and support advisors in closing cases
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA regulations
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Track performance metrics and submit regular MIS reports
• Participate in marketing activities, roadshows, and promotional events
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of insurance products (Life / Health / Motor / General)
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to recruit and manage large advisor teams
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
• Good communication and presentation abilities
• Comfortable with field sales and on-ground activities
• QualificationsGraduate in any discipline
• MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
• Experience in Life Insurance / General Insurance / Health Insurance industry
